Nassauische Heimstätte | Wohnstadt Group and Instone Real Estate are preparing the development of the first two plots for the new Schönhof Quarter in Frankfurt’s Bockenheim district. Twelve design submissions are currently being considered. The selected architecture studios have until the end of the end of the year to submit their plans, designs and models, with a final decision expected in February. Studios are tasked with designing the center of the quarter, which will cover approximately 17,000 sqm and include two buildings that will form the infrastructural backbone of the new neighborhood. The building north of the square will house retail businesses, apartments and a kindergarten. The one to the south of the square will include a primary school with a sports hall and apartments.
