Demand for office space in Poland hit 1.5 million sqm in 2018, while 744,000 sqm of new office space was delivered to market, according to JLL’s latest report. Meanwhile, an additional 1.6 million sqm is currently under construction. It was a year of economic prosperity for Poland with GDP growth estimated at 5.3 percent, the best result since 2007. This was a key factor in the healthy demand for office space and the high construction activity. One of the most interesting trends of 2018, according to JLL, was an increase in flexible work spaces.
