Delta Holding to build Indigo Hotel in Belgrade

An Indigo Hotel will be opened in the center of Belgrade along the pedestrian zone on Cika Ljubina street. Construction is scheduled to begin next spring in an investment worth €20m. The investor is Delta Holding. The 4-star, boutique hotel should be completed within 18 months. The first Indigo opened in Atlanta in 2004, with 64 having followed since then in locations worldwide. Delta Holding has a major presence already in the city's hotel sector, as it includes the Intercontinental Hotels Groups brands Holiday Inn and Crown Plaza. Delta expcts to secure permits to build a new Intercontinental hotel in New Belgrade.
