Deka Immobilien bought a complex of mixed-use buildings with a first-class location between the main retail streets in the center of The Hague. The property will be added to the portfolio of the institutional real estate fund S-Domus-Fonds No. 1. Haagsche Bluf consists of individual properties of different types of use, such as retail, restaurants, office, hotel and apartments. The complex is architecturally impressive due to the historical design of the facades of most of the buildings. Built in 2001 exclusively for retail use, it was then restructured, modernized and expanded in 2018/19 for a wider range of uses.
