DB Schenker has relocated its offices in Timisoara to AGN Business Center. The transaction was brokered by the real estate consultant Activ Property Services.

"This transaction confirms the tendency of many industrial/logistics operators to relocate their offices towards modern office buildings located inside the cities, with improved accessibility. Our company brokered two such relocations in the first half of the year, one in Bucharest and one in Timisoara." says Felicia Vasiu, the Timisoara office manager of Activ Property Services.

AGN Business Center is a class A office building completed in 2009, with a leasable area of 5,096 sq m, distributed on 9 levels. The building is located in the Consiliul Europei Square, the most effervescent real estate area in Timisoara, at less than 500 meters distance from the historical center, near the mixed-use project OpenVille under development around Iulius Mall shopping center. Part of the building will become available for rent starting with September 2018.

DB Schenker is a top logistics and transport provider, with more than 72,000 employees and over 2,000 locations.
In Romania, the company has 4 branches in Bucharest, Arad, Cluj-Napoca and Constanta and over 60 working points in all the regions of the country.
"Through this relocation, we want to add value to our services. We want to remain a company with high standards of performance, oriented to improve further, that sets new references in the relationship with our employees and business partners." said Albin Budinsky, General Manager of DB Schenker in Romania.

DB Schenker offers a complete range of road transport services, along with air, sea and railway transport operations, customs services, port operations, fairs and exhibitions, relocation services, all adapted to their clients’ needs.

"Timisoara is a strategic point on the logistics map, being the main such market outside Bucharest, with rising volumes of activity. The new location in the city center will provide DB Schenker’s employees and customers with easy access and various functions in the immediate vicinity of the new office." says Felicia Vasiu, the Timisoara office manager of Activ Property Services.
