Da Vinci Development takes on new Bucharest resi

Da Vinci Development company, controlled by businessmen Nicolae Uciu and Alin Mihalache bought in 2013 a plot of about 1,300 square meters, near Calea Serban Voda. Cristian Munteanu, a senior partner at Luxury Properties company, says work on the project began three weeks ago and the delivery is scheduled for July of 2015. The project comprises 8 floors and a loft for a total of 86 apartments. Apartment sizes will range from 34 sqm to 69 sqm for 3-room units. Land for the scheme cost the investor €800,000. A total of 16 flats have already been sold.
