Czech Harbors designs residential plans for Císařská louka island

Czech Harbors is planning to modernize the harbor it operates on the Císařská louka island in the Vltava river between Prague's 4th and 5th districts. But local sports groups that use island claim are convinced that the planning documentation Czech Harbors has submitted is just the first step in ruining the island with the construction of luxury residential projects sure to follow. In the plans it's made public, Czech Harbors claims it needs to build technical facilities that will allow it to offer a high level of services to clients. Czech Harbors calls accusations that it wants to build residential properties on the island are nonsense, because the land lies within the flood plain of the Vltava river.
