Czech-based CPI buying Warsaw office assets

The Czech-based CPI Property Group is planning the acquisition of €800m worth of office properties in Warsaw. The company announced that it had signed letters of intent on eight office buildings worth between €30m and €200m covering a total of 235,000 sqm. It revealed that the first of these two are Green Corner A and Equator IV. "CPI Property Group has a very experienced team in Poland and the existing real estate is producing excellent results," said Tomáš Salajka, director of acquisitions. "The office market in Poland is based on a very strong foundation and its benefiting from the strength of the Polish economy and the volume of demand from domestic and foreigner tenants."
