Cushman & Wakefield has consolidated its Warsaw offices and has leased 2,500 sqm of office space at the Warsaw Hub. C&W is also the property manager for the complex. The Warsaw Hub is a newly built complex near Daszynskiego Roundabout and consists of three buildings including an 86 meter hotel and two 130-meter office towers, all of which are connected by a five-story podium. The project offers 113,000 sqm of office and coworking space, conference facilities, hotel space, retail and services, a fitness club and a startup and corporation cooperation center.
