CTP secures highest-ever warehouse BREEAM rating in Hungary

CTPark Budapest West BIA2 has been awarded with a BREEAM In-Use „Excellent” rating, the highest ever awarded to an industrial building in Hungary. The certification process includes confirming the company’s ability to monitor the performance of its facilities in order to assess, manage and improve the operation of its asset portfolio. CTP Invest signed a strategic partnership agreement with BRE under all 300 of its facilities will be certified by 2020. “The certification process requires long-term effort and investment on our side as these certifications need to be renewed every year,” said Rudolf Nemes, Country Manager of CTP Hungary. “Nevertheless, we believe that BREEAM In-Use is worth the effort. CTP Hungary is committed to energy efficient and sustainable operation.”
