The industrial real estate company CTP Invest has laid the cornerstone of a new project in the Serbian town of Kragujevac. The 26,686 sqm industrial park is to be built in two phases, with completion of construction expected in the fourth quarter of 2019. The 18,000 sqm first phase of work will match the requirements of the projects tenant, which is a long-standing partner of CTP. Meanwhile, construction work at CTPark Belgrade West in Simanovci is nearing completion. Country director Vlatko Djujicek said CTP Invest will have 100,000 sqm of built space in its Serbian portfolio by the end of December 2019. When its projects in Novi Sad, Kragujevac and CTPark Belgrade West are completed, the total number of square meters of space operated by CTP Invest in Serbia will have grown to 150,000.
