The regionally powerful industrial developer CTP has won the Land Transaction prize at the HOF Awards 2019, which were held last night at the Marriott Hotel in central Prague. CTP purchased the 155,000 sqm plot in the center of a logistics park in Biatorbágy, Hungary, adding an additional approx. 60.000 sqm of development potential to the existing built-up area of 140,000 sqm.
CTP has made a strong push into Hungary in the past two years, expanding its coverage of the CEE market significantly. The company's ability to offer locations across CEE has contributed greatly to its ability to offer flexible solutions to its broad network of clients.

The HOF Awards brings together top real estate professionals and teams from around Central & Eastern Europe who compete in over 30 categories for the honor to be called the Best of the Best. Each year, nominations are taken from the winners of the CIJ Awards, a series of property events held in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia.
The HOF Awards are organized by Roberts Publishing Media Group, publishers of the region's leading property magazine, CIJ, and organizers of major property conferences as well as the CIJ Awards series throughout CEE.
