CTP hits 5 million sqm total lettable area

The industrial property developer CTP revealed that its total of lettable area has gone over the 5 million square meter mark. The company has been building a network of business parks across Central and Eastern Europe for the past two decades which currently enjoys a 95 percent occupancy rate. CTP will collect nearly €280m in rental income over the course of 2018 from 415 tenants, while over 60,000 people currently work in its parks.
