Croatian government sells stakes in Imperial Rab, Suncani Hvar

The Restructuring and Sale Centre (CERP) sold the Croatian government’s stakes in the hotel companies Imperial Rab and Suncani Hvar, according to Tomislav Boban the head of the Government Property Management Office (DUUDI).

Boban said the stake in Imperial was sold to the Valamar hotel company for €34.7m, while the stake in Suncani Hvar was sold for €18.7m. The Croatian government held a 50.08-percent stake in Imperial and a 29.94-percent stake in Suncani Hvar.
