Croatia's construction sector slowed down only slightly in March, falling by 0.9 percent compared to the same month in 2019. In terms of the construction of buildings, the pace slowed down just 0.2 percent, while other projects saw a greater decline of 1.9 percent. The figures were released by the Croatian Bureau of Statistics. It found that there had been barely any change in the number of hours worked on construction sites during the first quarter of the year from the same period in 2019.
