The Croatian government is putting together a package of key measures that will put an end to unjustified price increases on goods and services once the country adopts the euro, according to Boris Vujcic, governor of the central bank. One of the main measures includes showing dual pricing on all goods and services six months before the country adopts the euro and six months after. The country is projected to introduce the euro in January 2023, which means by July 2022 retailers would have to show prices in both the Croatian kuna as well as the euro.
