Crestyl's portfolio in Prague and regions reaches 125,000 sqm

The portfolio controlled by the property company Crestyl reached 125,000 sqm by the ed of last year, thanks to the completion of its project Dock In Three. The Prague 8 project, part of the Dock scheme placed along a meander of the Vltava river, comprises 17,500 sqm of office space. Crestyl currently carries out the facility of 80,000 sqm of real estate, including new buildings and older buildings in need of reconstruction. "Development is undoubtedly the most important ad the biggest part of our business," said director Omar Koleilat. Other commercial projects that belong to Crestyl are retail projects like Central Kladno and Central Jablonec (both of which are completed schemes) along with the Savarin project on Wenceslas Square and the Dorny shopping center in Brno. In terms of office space, it also is currently building Dock In Four, a 20,000 sqm building.
