The Czech investor CPI Property Group has acquired Moniuszki 1A, an 18-storey office building in Warsaw. The 10,000 sqm building, which is located next to the Świętokrzyska metro station in the city center, underwent a complete reconstruction in 2019. Its tenant list includes the Polish Finance Ministry and the Kopernik scientific center. CPI bought the property from Catalyst Capital. "Even though it's a smaller acquisition, it demonstrates how thoroughly CPI is looking for high-quality office buildings," said Tomáš Salajka, director of acquisitions. He added that CPI has completed nearly all of its planned acquisitions on the Warsaw market. "The properties that have been acquired will be a stable source of rental income," he added.
