The Czech-based CPI Property Group has acquired the Equator IV office building in Warsaw from its developer Karimpol Group. Located on Aleje Jerozolimskie, the building offers more than 20,000 sqm of office space and 226 parking places. Karimpol Group completed Equator IV in 2018 and is selling it with 10 percent vacancy. "Our acquisition plans in Warsaw go much further and we assume that in the coming weeks and months we'll be able to announced further successful buys." CPI's goal is to add €800m worth of properties in Warsaw during the last quarter of 2019 and the beginning of 2020.
