Corpus Sireo acquires Kleyerstraße 82 project

Property developer Corpus Sireo bought an 11,500 sqm property at Kleyerstraße 82 in Frankfurt from MSP Frankfurt GmbH. Corpus Sireo plans to expand the property to create 26,300 sqm in total of living space in 350 apartments. The project including 330 parking spaces is to be completed by the end of 2023. The price of the transaction was not revealed. Demolition work of buildings on the land will have to be carried out before construction work can begin.
"With this acquisition, we have secured one of the last large properties in a great location in the up-and-coming district of Frankfurt's Gallusviertel," said Anett Barsch, Managing Director of the Corpus Sireo Development division.
