Corporate Image moves to Diamond Business Park Ursus

Corporate Image, a wholesaler of promotional clothing, has leased 830 sqm of warehouse space at Diamond Business Park Ursus in Warsaw. Savills represented the tenant during the lease transaction. Diamond Business Park Ursus is a modern BREEAM-certified warehouse park located in Warsaw’s Ursus district. The facility offers 34,000 sqm of warehouse space and 16,000 sqm of class A office space in separate buildings adjacent to the warehouse facility. White Star Real Estate is the developer and owner of the property.
