Coresi Shopping Resort 75% completed

Coresi Shopping Resort, under development by Immochan Romania, is 75 percent completed. The commercial center, a €60m investment, includes a 32,000 sqm shopping gallery, a 3,200 sqm entertainment center and 2,400 parking spaces. Coresi Shopping Resort will be delivered next spring. Immochan currently manages nine shopping malls in Romania, three of which are located in Bucharest (Auchan Titan, Auchan Vitan, Auchan Crangasi).
