Cordia Romania starts construction on Parcului20

Cordia Romania has begun construction of Parcului20, a new residential project located in the Expoziției neighborhood of Bucharest, having appointed Concelex as its general contractor. Cordia Romania, the residential development division of Futureal Group, received its building permit for Parcului20 last December, allowing work on the €40m investment to go ahead. The project will be developed in two phases, with a total of 469 apartments to be built. The construction of the first 260 apartments will be finished by September 2020, and Cordia expects the second phase to completed twelve months later.
