Construction starts on Panattoni Park Gorzów Wielkopolski

Construction started on Panattoni Park Gorzów Wielkopolski. The project will offer 70,000 sqm and has already secured its first tenants, including Omnipack and Logoplaste Polska, taking a total of 10,000 sqm. The distribution center will go up in three phases. The first phase is scheduled for completion in June. The facility is aiming for BREEAM Very Good certification. “Panattoni Park Gorzów Wielkopolski is an extremely attractive spot on the warehousing map of Poland. The west of Poland and more specifically the Lubuskie voivodeship, right next to the German border, enjoys the keen interest of our neighbors as an investment location for expanding their businesses into new markets. It is also a great location for domestic businesses, keen to grow outwards into Western Europe,” said Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, managing director at Panattoni.
