Construction permits in Croatia increase by 17.7% in March

A total of 956 construction permits were issued in Croatia in March, up 17.7 percent from the previous year, according to the State Statistical Office. Of the total, 77.8 percent were for buildings (up 10.9 percent y-o-y), while 22.2 percent were for other facilities (up 50.3 percent y-o-y). The investments are valued at €465m, an increase of 30 percent from the previous year. During the first three months of the year, 2,489 permits were issued.
