Construction permit issued for luxury Vilnius resi project

A building permit has been issued for a luxury residential project to be located at Žygimantų g. 12A, in Vilnius. The building, which was designed by architect Remigijus Bimba, will be built by the construction firm UAB Rewo. The apartment building is in line with the city's vision to complete a row of ornate houses on the street, that were begun more than 200 years ago. The 4-storey A+ energy class building will contain 73 high-end apartments that will vary in size between 2 and 6 rooms. The ground floor of the building will contain commercial premises, while underground parking will be available to clients.
