Construction on final phase of Modřansky Haj begins

The infrastructure Avestus Real Estate has installed ahead of construction on the final phase of Modřansky Haj has received official approval. A total of 62 new homes will be built featuring homes with gardens with up to 480 sqm and two-car parking. Prices start at CZK 9.7m. The project, which has been ongoing since 2010, already features 13 completed blocks of flats located near the nature reserve Modřanská Rokle on a slope along the right bank of the Vltava river. A mix of houses and 17 plots for customers who prefer to build their home themselves have been put on sale.

“We are pleased to have moved the project on another step towards the finish line," said David Kříž, Residential Development Manager of Avestus Real Estate. "Based on the growing demand for apartments, houses and plots at Modřanský Háj, we are convinced that the remaining Modřany Villa family houses of the final phase will soon find new owners. Currently, more than two-thirds of the overall amount of the existing or planned family houses are either booked or sold.”
