Construction of One Verdi Park reaches ground level

Construction of One Verdi Park in Bucharest’s Barbu Văcărescu area has reached the ground floor. Work on the mixed-use project started last fall, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021. One Verdi Park will feature two towers — one for offices and one for residential — connected by ground-floor commercial space. The project will total 60,000 sqm., including 21,000 sqm of leasable office space, 4,000 sqm of commercial space and 134 apartments. Contracts have been signed on 50 percent of the apartments, according to the developer. There will also be onsite parking for more than 480 vehicles.
