ComplexRE works with CTP to acquire two Czech warehouse from Aviva

complexRE has assisted CTP in the acquisition of two Czech warehouse buildings from the Aviva portfolio. Both are fully-leased facilities with long-term contracts. The first is a 22,500 sqm facility in Kadaň, which was initially identified three years ago as part of complexRE's work to find space for another client. The building has been made part of CTPark Kadaň and is leased to Andreas Schmid Logistik. Aviva also ended up selling CTP another warehouse building located in Karvina, which is located in that city's industrial park. This 14,200 building is leased to by the production company Gates. complexRE is active around CEE and specializes in bringing Scandinavian companies to the region.

In addition, complexRE recently completed a deal through which Nexen Tire will lease 350 sqm of office space in Žatec. Nexen will be using the space for employee training.
