Clean Earth Capital is set to deliver two new buildings to its Novi Nis mixed-use project in southern Serbia by the end of this month. Buildings 11 and 12, totaling 7,600 sqm of space, will be used by the Serbian Ministry of Defense. Another building with 76 luxury residential units is scheduled for delivery in spring. Construction on three Bauhaus-designed, 5,200 sqm apartment buildings is set to start in January, with completion planned for September 2019. Novi Nis will offer more than 220,000 sqm of space once fully completed. Clean Earth Capital has already invested €8.5m in the project and expects to pour another €10m into the scheme in 2019. The total investment will be €140m. The compex will include retail outlets, residential and office facilities, entertainment services, a hotel and education and medical facilities.
