With demand growing, CitySpace, a Polish operator of flexible serviced offices, increased its managed area by 70 percent last year and opened more than 800 additional workstations across the country. CitySpace already leases desks in 10 locations in Poland. In 2019, the company opened four new offices, including at the Aquarius Business House in Wrocław, Galeria Młociny in Warsaw, the Moje Miejsce office building in Warsaw’s Mokotów district and the O3 Business Campus office complex in Kraków. “The boom on the market of flexible office space, which started in Poland in 2017-2018, means that the group of our tenants has been constantly growing. Today, we have 10 varied locations in several major cities, which are addressed to medium-sized companies and large corporations. We manage almost 17,000 sqm of flexible office space with around 1,900 workstations,” said Jarosław Bator, managing director of CitySpace.
