CIJ Trade Mission Canada - Montreal and Toronto

The CIJ Canada Trade Mission is about opening doors and developing long-term
trade and investment opportunities in foreign markets for Central European
businesses, including small and medium-sized enterprises.

A trade mission offers:
• greater public profi le at home and abroad
• unparalleled networking opportunities with the local business community
• business-to- business meetings with potential partners
• an opportunity to initiate, develop or complete deals

What do the trade mission include?
Trade mission generally follow a structured program which includes two cities, Montreal and Toronto, spending an average of 2 or 3 days in each city within a one week period. Program includes business briefi ngs, plenary/sector sessions, site visits (when possible), and effective networking events. Participants are introduced to potential partners and have pre-arranged business-to-business meetings tailored to their individual needs.

Is there a cost to participate?
There is a participation fee to join the mission of 400 EUR. Fees help defray the costs of facilities and service provided. Participants are also responsible for paying their own airfares, hotel costs and any personal expenses.
