CEZ Distribution secured a construction permit to replace its transmission line and partially reconstruct two of its substations in Sofia. Plans call for replacing a 2.2 km cable that supplies power to 96,000 households and businesses in 14 districts. Completion is scheduled for mid-September. CEZ will invest €1.5m in this project. CEZ Group agreed to sell its Bulgarian assets to Eurohold for €335m. The contract was signed in June.
