Capital Park Group will transform a historic former Norblin factory in Warsaw into a mixed-use development. “Revitalization is a complex process, constantly surprising with new challenges, and the cost of such an investment can be even several percentage points higher than the construction of a new building. However, the great value that is brought by such a project — that is restoring the splendor of the former Norblin, Buch Brothers and T. Werner Factory and giving it a new, vibrant life — is worth every zloty and all the time devoted to it,” said Kinga Nowakowska, operational director at Capital Park Group. PRC Architekci is overseeing the design. Warbud SA is the general contractor. Completion is planned for 2021.
