Capital Holding acquired a former retirement housing complex in Sarajevo’s Nedzarici neighborhood at a public auction for €5.25m. The auction was organized by the FBiH Privatization Agency. Capital Holding is planning to develop a shopping center, hotel and office building at the site. This is not the company’s first investment in Bosnia. Two years ago, it bought Kumrovec Business Center, one of the tallest buildings in Sarajevo. The building was converted into a Capital Tower business center. Capital Holding is also currently developing a hotel on Bjelasnica Mountain. The project is valued at €15m.
