Europe's retail sectors have been devastated by the Covid-19 crisis and the early indications are that just restarting Romania's economy won't be enough to bring back all of the brands and save every shopping center. How does Romania's strategy for supporting its retailers and landlords stack up against the rest of Europe and is it likely to prove effective?
