Cabot Properties has acquired three multi-tenant warehouse and distribution buildings in Palm Beach County, Florida. Totaling 173,812 sq ft, the company paid $25.8m for the properties. The deal includes 2211 Vista Parkway (44,234 sq ft), 2213 Vista Parkway (51,400 sq ft) and 6935–6965 Vista Parkway North (77,177 sq ft) at Vista Business Park. All three buildings were fully leased at the time of sale, with notable tenants including Trane, Shred-it and United Subcontractors (USI). Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the deal on behalf of the buyer. The seller was McCraney Property Company.

“Cabot Properties’ acquisition of these buildings represented a tremendous opportunity to acquire proven, well-managed assets with exceptionally strong tenancy and revenue histories in one of that nation’s most dynamic industrial markets,” said Christopher Thomson of Cushman & Wakefield.
