Caba Group broke ground on 102 The Address, a mixed-use scheme that’s going up in Bucharest’s Barbu Vacarescu neighborhood. The Turkish real estate developer is planning to invest €50m in the project, which will feature 273 two-, three- and four-room apartments. The scheme will also have office and retail space and parking for 503 vehicles. Completion is set for the end of 2019.
