C&W to lease Horizon Plaza in Warsaw

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed exclusive leasing agent for Horizon Plaza in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. Located on Domaniewska street, the property offers 35,000 sqm of leasable space and has a typical floor plate of 2,500 sqm. The building features a two-level underground car park as well as bicycle parking. The owner of Horizon Plaza is a real estate fund managed by Union Investment. “Horizon Plaza is a top-class office complex. We hope that tenants will appreciate both its prime location and the advantages of its uniquely functional space providing a comfortable working environment. Horizon Plaza is our second project that we will be exclusively commercializing for Union Investment,” said Marcin Górski, senior negotiator for the office agency at C&W.
