Cushman & Wakefield has hired tenant representation specialist Rico T. Murtha as a director serving the Brooklyn market. He will report to Senior Directors Patrick Dugan and Joseph Cirone. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Murtha served as a partner with Capstone Realty Advisors providing tenant representation services to small and mid-size firms. Murtha holds a bachelor’s degree in political philosophy from Trinity College in Hartford, CT. “Rico Murtha brings extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate inventory throughout New York City,” said Betty Castro, Cushman & Wakefield’s managing principal of Brooklyn and Queens. “He knows how to identify those particular buildings and owners that will make the best match for a client. Rico will be a valuable asset for Cushman & Wakefield as we continue to build out our status as a Brooklyn market leader.”
