Burda International Poland takes 4,000 sqm at New City in Warsaw

Burda International Poland leased 4,000 sqm at New City in Warsaw’s Służewiec district. The media and technology company will occupy the top floors of the building. Modernization work is underway to adapt the new office space to the needs of the tenant. The complex, owned by Hines Global REIT, offers 44,000 sqm in two buildings: New City and New City 2. The property includes a public terrace, fitness club, cafe, restaurant and shops.
