Bucharest City Hall is planning to develop 150 apartments in the capital’s Panduri area. Set to go up on a 1 ha former industrial site in the western part of the city, the scheme will also include a kindergarten and green areas. The apartments will be used for social purposes, according to Economica.net. The General Council must approve the plan before construction can begin. The project will likely be overseen by the Bucharest Municipal Real Estate Company.
