Bilfinger Tebodin leases 1,200 sqm at Business Garden Warsaw

Bilfinger Tebodin has leased 1,200 sqm in Building IV at Business Garden Warsaw. The company will move to its new headquarters this spring. Bilfinger Tebodin was advised by JLL during the lease process. Business Garden Warsaw offers 90,000 sqm in seven mixed-use buildings. The complex includes offices as well as a hotel, conference center, restaurant and fitness club. The investment is surrounded by a large garden with relaxation areas and sports facilities. Building IV offers 14,200 sqm of office space on seven floors. Business Garden is the first large-scale project in Warsaw to be awarded with a LEED Platinum certificate.
