BiH apartment prices fall 2% in Q2

A total of 633 apartments were sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Bosnia and Herzegovina with a total usable area of 35,078 square meters. That was an increase in square meters of 25.9 percent from Q2 2018, according to the Agency for Statistics of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Meanwhile, the average price for new apartments fell 2 percent to €803/sqm. In the first six months this year, 1,173 apartments were completed, equivalent to the same period in 2018. However, the number of unfinished apartments as of the end of Q2 rose 14.6 percent to 4,434.
