Biggest shopping center in Serbia to open next week

Promenada, the biggest shopping center in Serbia, is scheduled to open next week in Novi Sad. Located at the corner of Oslobodjenja boulevard and Cara Lazara street, the 150,000 sqm, six-floor scheme features 48,000 sqm of leasable space. The investment’s first stage is valued at €128m. Retail tenants include Zara, Massimo Dutti, Zara Home, Oysho, Pull and Bear, Bershka, Reserved, Sinsay, Mohito, LC Waikiki, Sportina and Fashion Company. There will also be a Univerexport supermarket, a Cineplexx cinema, bars and cafes, a bowling alley and basketball court and a children’s playground. The center will offer parking for 1,500 vehicles. The investor is NEPI Rockcastle.
