BIG CEE is planning a number of new long-term investments in Serbia, branching out into the residential and office sectors. The company, which has been operating in the country for more than a decade, acquired four facilities this year, including Fashion Outlet Indjija. Its Serbian retail portfolio currently includes 130,000 sqm of space in five locations across the country. “This year, we expanded our investment to residential as well as office space, as Belgrade lacks close to 100,000 sqm of living space and office space is alarmingly low. These are our next development and investment topics,” said Robert Yahav, the company’s director. “As part of the BIG Fashion Park complex, which is adjacent to the BIG Fashion Shopping Center, we are building 1,100 residential units and more than 2,000 parking spaces."
