Belgrade Tower secures building permit

AECOM secured a building permit for Belgrade Tower, which at 168 meters, is set to become the tallest building in Serbia. The 40-floor, 47,500 sqm tower is part of the Belgrade Waterfront project. It will include a five-star hotel, sports facilities and restaurants. A footbridge will connect the tower to the BW Galley shopping center. The investment is worth €100.8m. It was designed by SOM. The general contractor is Pizzarotti.
