Avestus Capital Partners disposes of Moskovska Business Center in Bulgaria

Avestus Capital Partners has sold Moskovska Business Center in Sofia. The Irish-based real estate investment and asset management company sold the center to a local Bulgarian company but hasn't revealed the purchase price as of yet. Cushman & Wakefield Forton was used a consultant in the deal. This property offers a total of 4,500sqm of gross leasable aream with one of its tenants being the British Embassy. Forton is strategic partner and investment consultant of Cushman&Wakefield for Macedonia and Bulgaria.
