Atomia Invest has acquired a building once housed a tax office in Košice and presented plans for its conversion into the city’s tallest residential building. The project, to be called SkyOne, should offer approximately 54 apartments and 80 parking spots. The owner of the developer, Štefan Petrunčík, told Trend Reality that the project is still in the stages of planning but that a construction permit could be issued by June. Work on the 14 story building is expected to take twelve months to complete. The developer plans to start sales by the end of February, with prices to start at €1,320/sqm.
