ArtGen leasing completed in Prague 7

The Prague 7 office building ArtGen has been fully leased following some final deal which completed work on the 23,000 sqm building. Among the project's most prominent tenants are Mall CZ, Veeam and Rockwell Automation. The building was completed by the real estate arm of the financial group PPF. Located in the Holešovice neighborhood of the city's seventh district, the building features underground parking, restaurants and facilities for bikers. The building qualified for a LEED Gold certification. JLL's office leasing department head Štěpán Šatoplet says the developer took on the challenging project at a time when Holešovice was hardly a popular office destination, a move he says now makes it look visionary. "PPF has since been followed by other market players who have also completed successful projects here," he said.
